An active user vs a read-only user – What is the difference?
An active user is a person who actively uses the system and creates new documents – for example, managers, sales departments, quality managers, back office personnel, accountants etc. A read-only user can access the system but cannot create new documents. You will use this role, for example, when need to make sure that your colleagues have read a company directive – meaning they clicked on the “Acknowledged” button. Book a live demo session with us.

Will our data be safe?
